Charming boutique hotel in a perfect location, with a new bathroom, comfy bed, and excellent breakfast. Friendly staff, convenient parking, well-maintained greenery, and an elevator.

The incredible peace and quiet, gorgeous views of the sea and islands, wonderful staff who can speak English, Italian, German and of course, Croat with ease. Wonderful fresh prepared evening meals. Excellent choice of Istrian wines. Rooms impeccable, highest quality furnishings, linens, plumbing, everything perfect.
There were a couple of very minor issues that we discussed with the owner and they were corrected immediately.

We traveled as a family of adults and on the booking site their was no option. We felt we did not need two rooms for the four of us and we were charged extra when we arrived because we were four adults and not two adults/two children. The room was great, the friendliness of staff was great, it was just the booking on the website that wasn't accommodating to our needs. Even on this survey, there was no option to select a family of adults, so I wrote friends.

The hotel staff were very friendly and polite . I enjoyed the comfort of being in a small and cosy hotel which felt more like a home . Its location was perfect for me since it was fairly close to the city center (few minute walk) but also from the sea & harbour .

The overal cleanness in the room was average. Not very cosy and definitely not worth the price. The pictures posted on the Booked.net website are not quite relevant. They give a better impression of the hotel.

I recently stayed at Boutique Hotel Lili for a week-long vacation. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable - from fixing my broken luggage to calling taxis. The elegant and vintage ambiance of the hotel made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, with just a short walk to both the bustling town center and the beautiful beach. The breakfast spread was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious local specialties. The rooms were spacious and clean, with amazing views. The owner and managers were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a memorable experience.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is less than 10mins walk to bus station, as are a lot of hotels in that area. Having breakfast outside is very nice (building shades all areas at that time). Wonderful choice of cooked items at breakfast (due to restaurant - did not have dinner there though). Management very helpful and nice.
I was in ceiling room and broken blind in first room (with skylight) so had to move to another. But manager sounded interested in problem (had large groups there so some disturbances?)

The location was perfect, situated in a quiet residential area of the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. The hotel also offered room service, car hire, and laundry services, which added to the convenience and comfort of my stay. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my trip. I was impressed with the quality and comfort this place provided.
I would recommend this hotel to all.

Location is excellent: beach 10 mins, center of Rovinj 15 mins walk. No view though. Breakfast has huge selection, including home-made things (e.g. grilled-marinated egg plant and pepper; fresh-chees spreads, marmelade, choice of breads etc.). One can have the breakfast in the pretty garden. Staff is really nice. Lobby is nicely decorated. Basically silent surroundings.
Room is small. No interior design. Furniture in room and bathroom were purchased on economical base, they are not durable. Mold in the corners of the shower tub. Loud air-conditioning. Coffee at breakfast is horrible. Fruit juices too.

Hidden Gem: This small hotel, located in a quiet area close to the marina, surprised us with its charm and tranquility. Summer Terrace: The large summer terrace provided the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a drink from the bar, with a lovely atmosphere and stunning views.- Attic Star Gazing: The hotel's attic was a unique feature, allowing us to watch the stars in the clear night sky, feeling like we were on our own personal rooftop observatory.- Spacious Suite: Our suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a separate living room that included a sofa bed for our children, ensuring everyone had their own space to relax.
Minor Parking Fees: While it's not common for hotels in Rovinj to charge for parking, it was a minor inconvenience here.

Very nice location 15 minutes walk from the beach and from the old town center. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
Limited parking area. The price for parking space was 4 EUR/day.

Very quiet area.
No windows in attic room (other than skylights) and ceiling too low to stand up in except for small area. I kept hitting my head on ceiling.
